lemme get this straight... there's a book, and it doesn't exist physically and, most importantly, can't be read... so by what extent of the imagination is it a book? at least the one ring is both an actual ring (that's shiny, round, and tangible) as well as a metaphor. someone got pretentiously lazy...

Wow, dude you're responding to the wrong portal submission, Where in hell did I say the book "Didn't exist physically?" I think you're going a bit too hard at a storyline you don't even know about. I make the storyline up as I go along so how in hell, do you know anything about it? Trust me I don't get lazy. You ought to judge on another element than whats going on in the movie, because making things up isn't helpign your arguement... Don't hit the bong as hard next time you review a movie.

too bad we didn't get to see the action though. i know it was part of the punchline, but it feels like a copout (and i'll be furious if you made the ending like that so you have an excuse not to have to draw the fight scene). still...

there's a huge plot hole... since when do crayons (living or otherwise) have the power to shoot lightning from themselves? it seems as if the author ran out of weapons for the crayons to use so he made up something with no effort.

come on

i've watched this several times now thinking that i keep missing some big deal about this movie, but once again i find very little elevates this film to something that's got a 4.0 rating. it's short, it's very lazily animated, and works largely off of the soundtracks, which were NOT made by the artist. i'll give the musicians the points instead.
