[Ocean of Infinity]

great graphics

the color in the graphics are breathtaking. the twist in the end was clever, but isn't too logical. oh well. i say just reduce the music quality as much as possible, any type of ambient music would be fine, it just sounds so desolate (although that works too).

good middle

aside from the relatively clever and mildly amusing middle, i found the rest to be subpar. The very beginning was pretty cliche, and the ending didn't make much logical sense. If he wasn't liking it, why didn't he again just pretend he was enjoying himself? It's not like he didn't have the opportunity to. Just because he pretended like he hated coeds (and what DOES that head have to do with coeds?), doesn't mean he can't pretend he's enjoying himself.

Old Skool is right.

I love the old-skool 8-16 bit atmosphere of the place, but I wish there were more rounds. I like the choice of endings though, nice touch.

Beautiful

A beautiful and touching story paired with some of the most fluid animation I've seen in Flash. This is TV or Film quality animation right here, and with better stories than most of them.

Great atmosphere

I love the look of the entire thing, and really, that voice acting is hilarious. I gotta ask though, seriously, does anyone else think the whole violence thing isn't that funny anymore? It's getting close to being quite excessive.

nice graphics

i can see in the animation the roughness of it, but you definitely have the drawing style to hold yourself up. i don't care if you DID get a tablet, i think this stuff looks good as is.

[RPG Cut-Scene Spoof]

Decent

The animation itself is quite good (slow and simple), the graphics are great. I'm unfamiliar with the RPG cutscene from which this was spoofed, but I still got the joke. I'd like to see what you can do without resorting to a punchline or violence though :)

Uneven

the art is an uneven balance of traced bitmaps and badly drawn cartoons. It would have worked if they were just either or, not both. Also, not that funny, not like the legendary Troops movie, and actually I find the cheesiness of the real Army commercials funnier.
